brooklyn action bowlers were the best back in the day. and alot were from my old house's maple lanes, leemark, bay ridge, ave m.... man those were the days..............................................

I've bowled in those houses and remember them well, I also shot action at Leader Lanes, Elmwood, Jamar, Kings Lanes, Windsor, Bedford Bowl, Strand Lanes, Paradise, Sid Gordons, Gil Hodgers, Fortway, Ovington, Queinton Lanes, Kingsway, Diplomat, Fitzimmons, Kenmore, Colony, Seaview, Old Parkway, New Parkway, Frankie & Johnny's, Star Lanes, Melody Lanes, and others I don't remember right now... The most big time action back in the 60s from those houses was shot by Mac & Stoop from Ave M... The Horn bowled monster big action back then but most of it was outside of Brooklyn...
