2ND fiddle to doc iandoli who now resides in Florida I believe. He was not even that close. Doc was real good in his heyday. I believe he won the tough Newsday in the early seventies once or maybe even twice. I bowled him once in a singles league of course he was much better. On any given night a decent bowler can beat somebody much better. At least since resin. Under lacquer, everybody used one ball rubber. And you rarely if ever beat somebody better than you. Only if he had a bad night. Anyway the night i bowled doc was in 1986 in the singles at royal. He subbed. the week before knowing who I was going to bowl, i told the regular bowler to make sure he sends down a dog. I walk in the next week and there is DOC. gUESS this bowler heard me wrong. I said a DOG not doc. I said who the f--- needs him. I was real hot at the time and was making a move.. Anyway we bowl. he shot good, 864. I blew him away with 956, beat him 3 games, we tied one at 224 where i threw the last 6 and started the next game with the front 9, 15 in a row. not a bad night.

hey lou, i think you overrate yourself. you were always at least second fiddle to someone(hornreich, spallone, snake). why don't you come out of retirement and bowl me. i already beat the 3 above mentioned bowlers. i wanna make you #4. no trash talking, lets bowl.

Give LC a little practice and then he will whip your ass. So you beat Hornreich when he was old, SPALLONE when he was not focused and Snake after his downfall. Now tell me about your losses.

Billy red bets it up. He wins big and loses even bigger. I heard he lost 8g to scianna one night at whitestone with scianna spotting him 10 pins. Maybe he is looking to get even.

hey lou, i have been bowling action since 1981 and never once heard your name mentioned until you tried promoting yourself on this site. i was the best around until these resin balls came around. i asked rudy revs, steve tripp, ricky papandrea and a few others about your abilility and they all said the same thing, you weren't that good. shut your mouth, rob a bank and tell me where you want to bowl me and i will be there you horror. i told you in another post, no trash talking, lets bowl. lets do it. the 3 guys that you said were all great, i beat. i don't care when it was. those matches were all about 8-10 years ago. you, i'll take care of in any era. end of story.

You mean you were the worst around. Billy red you sucked until resin balls came around. You were 180 at woodhaven. matter of fact you still suck. Is it true that scianna is willing to give you 12 and 1/2 pins?Stop BS. Get some lessons from Rudy who also sucks now on tour.

i was so bad at woodhaven i won the singles league there before resin and averaged 220. i didn't have to bowl the last 3 weeks. if i suck now identify yourself and bowl me, you loser. keep hiding behing your screen name. if you do bowl action i'm sure i beat your brains in already. you are not comparing lou capasso to rudy revs, are you? there is no comparison there.
lets bowl doubles. you and lou against me and rudy, you punk ass loser.

I'm not comaring rudy to Lc. Rudy used to be great. Doubles anytime. However, although Rudy is a little better and LC has not bowled in years, we will need to put out the rubio shot where rudy averaged my weight 160. You and LC should be even since he weighs about 280 now and so do you. However, he is older and about 5 inches taller. Are you going to pay rudy's airfare or are we bowling in Mississippi?

Lou, this isn't a knock, just a suggestion, typeing in all caps is really hard on the eyes to read and in internet circles it's called shouting and is looked down on.
Personally I think you were a great action bowler, obviously Billy Red who I respect for the pair of balls he has, has never seen you bowl, you were bowling with the best when he was just getting started, but he is the kind of character action bowling desperatly needs.

of course you are showing everyone what a coward you are by not telling us who you are. i am sure i drilled you many times, you loser. the reason you weigh 160 is because you have no balls and no heart, you gutless piece of crap. if you don't respond with your name and answer my challenge then everyone knows you have no credibility. i am sure lou was good in his day, but not as good as he thinks he was. he is not much older than me so i dont know what he is talking about when he says he wants to bowl me with white dots or whatever. i'll bowl him anywhere, anytime and with any ball. by the way, i only weigh 255.

only 255. So you are a fat bastard just like your buddy Rudy. If you could only bowl your weight. instead you suck. By the way, when did you start giving English lessons?

my billy boy 1981 i quit bowling came back in 1985 and avg 231 bowling once a week. today is a carry contest nothing more. shut up stop bragging and enjoy the game. i dont know you you might be a good bowler. but really who cares!!!!! i have not thrown a ball in 10 years beating me is nothing. doesnt prove a thing its like saying who wins jack or tiger cant really tell. you asked steve tripp about me thats good he could not say much about me since when he won his regional it was me who beat petraglia the semi final game to put tripp up going into the final game oh yea i finished 4th. the next year same house tripp didnt make the finals and i finished 3rd i also won a regional. 3 years before. and i only know gino papandrea never knew or met his brother. i never bowled rudy only met him a few times. bowled as a sub at royal lanes one night and he came to me to introduce himself and i probobly would have bowled him but it never came up but even then i was only bowling now and then.and would have probobly lost since i had not bowled in 5 years or so.
get a job you will probobly do better .today carry contest and thats all.

billy you are a fatso like me,. bowling was great i just dont have that itch anymore but i still go into cicle lanes every 6 month's or so just to smell the lanes. sounds funny but true. I miss it yet I dont. and to my friend I do not weigh 280 lbs i only weigh 275. but i am also 6'2. and still believe i could still average 220 or better in the N.J. area. without much practice. old dog is right bowling needs characters that can back their words with a strong game.I sure as hell was one. and billy this game is nothing like it once was its a shame.e mail me at lcapasso331@hotmail with your phone # i would like to talk to you . have a nice day to all. Big fat Billy red only talks about his wins. What about that 8g he blew to Scianna at Whitestone a few years ago, and he was getting ten pins a game. He never mentioned that. Probably all those burgers he's been eating to maintain those 300 pounds clogged his little brain.

i thought this was a site about tony a , one of the best matches i ever saw was a doubles match, where he was bowling against snake, at woodhaven in the 80s dont remeber who the partners were, but snake could have been bowling with yvette and tony with nellie. i left at 6 am the match started around midnight, i came back the next evening sunday around 6 pm they were still bowling , only it was tony vs snake and nellie vs yvette singles the girls on the low side and they guys on the high side, the last 2 games were called for in the guys match, and after almost 20 hours of straight bowling, except for the change to singles where the guys had bowled at least 10 games , when the last 2 were for 2500 a game and snake and tony were the only ones betting, with snake winning both real close, 245 238 242 237 , both showing tremedous guts, with both games coming down to the tenth and only 10 pins stopping tony. both guys bowling their best
