Wasn't Chicago's - Arnie Goldman listed in "Bowling" magazine as 3rd. most notable action bowler of that era? (1980's I think)...I can't remember the exact issue but I remember reading those great stories and seeing his picture along with others in it....Now those were the days! So my question is, why's he not mentioned on the list? Can he be nominated to be on it, or do you have to be from the East? Didn't Arnie live on Long Island once? Let's hear some good old action stories about real action Anyone got any from the Coast? (& forget the trashtalk, it gets old after awhile.)-S-B

ARNIE WAS A TRIP YES HE DID LIVE IN LONG ISLAND FOR A SHORT TIME IN THE LATE 70'S OR EARLIE 80'S. HE BOWLED A FEW TOUR STOPS WHEN I WAS STILL ON TOUR. HE WOULD BOWL FOR MONEY ALLRIGHT BUT NOT SURE HOW HE DID. HE WAS A FAIRLY HARD THROWING LEFTY AS I REMEBER. AND A LITTLE OUT THERE.

AG is from Michigan. He was here so much in the eighties, I thought he was from here. He won the high roller a few years ago.

One of the best action players that I have ever seen. And possibly, the smartest too. He's got a web site now for an invention he had in the late 80's. If it's working, it's; www.perfectagrip.com I saw it in vegas when he won there with it in 1999. Definately something to think about. Hey buddy, if you're out there - Good Luck! your pal, BC
