What is Joe Scianna up to lately, I've heaed that he's the top action bowler around these days. This is the place to post current and old Jos S stories.

How good is Joe Scianna, I've heard a lot of different opinions about him.
Whose the top action bowlers he's beaten and whose beaten him.
The biggest knock I've heard against him is that he won't travel to many other houses, is that true.
Does Joe put up his own cash or depend on backers, if so, whose his biggest backer.
Which is Joe's favorite house and how good is he there.
How does Joe stand up to Rudy in his prime.
Is Joe past his prime or approaching it.
Why hasn't Joe gone out on the pro tour.
Does Joe bowl in the big national tournaments like the high roller, if not, Why?

Listen, Joe went to the TAC this January and did very well and he also is not afraid to bowl anyone. He just beat Robert Smith 5 out of 7 on Saturday from what I was told by someone who was there at Woodmere !! He has beaten alot of GREAT bowlers for a long time and still has not slowed down. He and Rudy Revs have to be the top two action bowlers of all time from the Island .

Lemon was the best action bowler by far from the island, way before your time. joe s I met last year and got to know fairly well bets it up. He hates to fly, therefore no Vegas. He will travel to your house and after he beats you he will spot you ten pins if he has to, to get a rematch. He will not bowl lefties no matter how bad they are. Best action bowler around since Rudy vanished. Two months ago he beat Neumann two straight and Neumann as usual was shooting.

joe bowled neumann earlier this year at woodmere, mike wins the first match then joe shoots 300 and wins the next 3. neumann dropped it in the gutter once, he was really drunk

Rudy lives in Mississippi now. For whatever reason, Scianna rarely bowls in tournaments. He bowled in the regional in Florida last weekend. Mack was probably bowling some easier competition in Singapore. Ya hoss, believe me these guys never saw Kitter bowl. Is Woodmere the place where the action is Saturday? Expensive weekend for Smith. He travels 3,000 miles to see his girlfriend and then gets waxed on the lanes. Action is just a whole new ballgame. Now Scianna is real good and the best around these days. I'm sure if he keeps bowling Smith, he will go down in the long run. And kitter feared nobody. He challenged Earl at GC one year. Earl said come to Seattle. Kitter and DALY went. For whatever reason(s), the match never took place. Remember, when Rudy was here, Joe was second best. And Rudy beat Pete Weber on three different occassions. Twice here and once in Texas. Kitter, Lemon and hornreich were better. You had to be there to believe. Rudy never bet alot. the three bet thousands.

I just saw that Robert Smith also bowled on Tuesday, 5/27/03. Does anyone know if he is still around and the next match he might be involved in? I would like to see any match that Robert Smith is involved in.

Does anyone know if Smith is going to bowl any other matches or heard about any other big matches that might be going on in the near future?

Money gets spent. When the dust clears all you have are the medals and Smith has way more medals than Rubeo or Scianna will ever have.
