Bowling in the USA
Hello all,
I don't know if this is completely appropriate for this site, but I, with some friends are looking to embark on ten pin bowl in 48 states in 48 days. A mammoth task, I know... But it's a challenge that'll mix our passion for bowling and a good old fashioned road trip. We might try and do it for charity...
Below I've a rough list of the places in each state at which we're looking to bowl. The selections are based on places we want to go to, and more realistically the easiest possible route from one state to another. The hitch of course is the town has to have an alley. What I'm looking for is advice from people as to whether you think it's doable. Or perhaps better ways to do it. I'd also like websites for hiring a cadillac and a campervan. Also the places that I have * are ones that don't have an alley. If anyone knows of an alternate places nearby that do, we'd love to know about it.
Please don't take the piss ok. This is a serious project, so helpful advice would be much appreciated. Oooooh and if anyone knows of any great bowling alleys (I mean ma and pa types, weird and wonderful types) in any of the places listed then please let us know.
